Getting Started

Step 1: Preparing Your Files

  1. File Formats: Ensure your files are in the accepted formats, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and TXT.
  2. File Naming Conventions: Use clear and descriptive names for your files. This makes it easier to manage and locate specific documents.
  • Example: ProjectName_Date_TypeOfDocument
  • (e.g., Project_20240626_Contract.docx)
  • File Size: Ensure each file does not exceed the maximum size limit of 50MB. If your files are larger, consider splitting them into smaller parts.

  2. Select Files: Alternatively, click on the 'Upload' button to browse and select the files from your computer.
  3. Batch Upload: You can upload multiple files simultaneously. Ensure all files comply with the accepted formats and size limits.

Organizing Your Files
